International Day of People with Disability

昨日は盛りだくさんな一日だった。

まずは今週の体重

ちょっと痩せたか、写真の撮り方か。長期的に考えよう(笑)

朝一 に、膝関節炎の患者さんをやった。

この患者さん先週中ごろにオーダーが出て、今日で4回目くらい。

数年前から膝が痛み始め、去年の11月についに痛くて歩けなくなった。

そのまま、家では座ってたらしい。

どういう経緯かわからないけど、こないだ入院してきた。

初日はベッド→車いすも結構大変で下肢に荷重できない。

アイシングとかROMex.、荷重訓練なんかをコツコツやってたら、今日、歩けちゃった。

もちろん、いきなりフリーってことはなく、平行棒内でじょじょに。

ROMex.やってるときになんか調子いいなあって思ってたけど正直びっくり。

まだ、痛みはあるみたいだけど、本人もうれしくて結構歩かせてしまった。

 

両ひざをセラバンドで圧迫してサポーターの代わり。これは日本でもたまにやったと思う。

思ったより時間をかけてしまった。

途中でドクターが新たなオーダー出したけど、今日は、ソハノの患者さんのところに行く日なので急いでボートに。

ソハノの患者さんは階段を上って下りたって言ってたし、もうすぐ自分ちに帰りそうだし、次が最後くらいかな。

で、その帰りに昼飯食って病院へ帰る途中に広場でなんかやってた。

たまに何かやってるので素通りするところなんだけど、ちらっと見ると車いすの絵があった。

 

長くなりそうなのでうづく、じゃなくて、つづく。

 

It was a busy day yesterday.

First, this week’s weight.

 

I lost a little or thanks to the camera? I must think on long term (:->).

The patient with knee arthritis was the first patient at the morning.

I got the order to physiotherapy mid of last week. 

He got pain in the both knee a few years ago and got worth little by little. At last the pain became too worth to walk in Nov 2009.

He had been sit down all the day in his house.

I had no idea why he entered here , he entered last week.

It was hard to transfer from bed to wheelchair at the first time. He couldn’t load his weight on his legs because of the pain then.

He had done icing , ROMex. and  loading exercise everyday. He could walk yesterday in //bars.

I felt he was good when he did ROMex. but I was very surprised at his walking.

He felt pain still but we were very happy.  I let him walk a lot.

 

I pressed around knees with Theraband instead of a supporter. I sometimes used it in Japan.

I took longer time  than I had planned.

 

I got new order of the patient from doctor while he exercised. But I had to go Sohano that day. I went to the boat soon.

The patient in Sohano , he told me to go up and down the steps. He would go back to his own house soon , next time would be the last visit.

After that I had lunch and walking to the hospital , in the way to the hospital there was a meeting in the park.

A meeting sometimes had held in this park , I usually through these. But I found a picture of a wheelchair then.
