sweet soy sauce boiled pork

今週はずっと体調不良だった。

先週土曜くらいからやたら鼻水が出ると思ってたら、それがのどに来て気がついたらやや寒気。

37℃チョイだった。

熱は2日ほどで下がったけど、そのあとも鼻水鼻づまり、痰がからみ、体がダルーかった。

1週間もズルズルと引きずるなんで年だな（泣）

 

話は変わって、ずいぶん前に買っておいた豚肉を使って角煮を作った。

その煮汁にゆで卵を漬けて、味付け卵も作った。

すげーうまい。

今日の昼飯は大満足である。

そして、あと3回くらいこれが続く。うまいからいいけど。

 

作ったのは昨夜だけど、作る過程で出た豚肉のゆで汁、これがラーメン屋の豚骨スープの匂いと一緒。

これに醤油とカツオ出汁を混ぜて、魚貝豚骨スープもどきを作ってみた。

日本のラーメン屋とまではいかないけど、日本の味！

ということで、昨日の夜飯はストックしてあるこっちのインスタントラーメンの麺だけ使って、ラーメンにしてみた。

撃沈。

麺がまず過ぎる。

粉っぽくて、歯ごたえというか口に残る食感がサイテーだった。

残念ながら廃棄処分となりました。

スープの味が日本基準だったため、舌が日本基準の味を求めたようで、いつも以上にくそまずく感じてしまった。

 

角煮作成にあたり、Y隊員宅のキッコーマン醤油を借用させていただきました。

勝手に使ってごめんなさい。

おかげでおいしいのが出来ました。

I’d been no good all this week.

I had a runny nose last Saturday. The snivel came to my throat and I felt cold a little.

It was slightly over 37 degrees.

The fever came down for 2 days but I had had runny nose, sputum and felt tired.

It continued for 1 week that means I was getting old…

 

By the way I cooked sweet soy sauced boiled pork that I have bought before long.

 

I cooked sweet soy sauced boiled eggs with the soup of it.

They were so great!

I was very satisfied with today’s lunch.

And I will have 3 times same as today , but it will be good.

 

I cooked these last night. During cooking I noticed that the flavour of water that boiled the pork was similar to Japanese TONKOTSU RAMEN soup.

I tried to cook TONKOTSU GYOKAI soup with the boiled water, soy sauce and KATSUO-DASHI.

It was the taste of Japan but not same as Japanese RAMEN shop.

I cooked RAMEN with a noodle in PNG.

Terrible!

The noodle was too bad.

It was powdery and the feeling when I ate remained bad.

I was very sorry but it was thrown away.

I felt f---ing worth than usual. That’s why I expected Japanese level taste because of Japanese level taste soup.

 

Thanks for Y’s KIKKOMAN soy sauce it tasted good.
